  Job Responsibilities
  - Manage production control activities related to new model launches.

  - Support new model introduction projects and ensure smooth mass production startup.
  - Manage inventory levels and coordinate material requirements.
  - Analyze production data and implement process improvement initiatives.
  - Communicate with customers regarding production schedules and delivery requirements.
  - Prepare production reports and present updates to management.
  - Supervise and support staff in daily operations.
  - Coordinate with headquarters and related departments on production-related matters.
