  • Lead and manage IT operations, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and business applications
  • Drive AWS cloud transformation initiatives, including migration from on-premise environments to AWS Cloud infrastructure
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including Firewall, VPN, VMware, Veeam Backup, Data Replication, 3CX IP-PBX, and Microsoft 365 Business Premium
  • Establish and enforce IT governance, security policies, standards, and compliance requirements to ensure business continuity and data protection
  • Manage and respond to IT service requests in a timely manner while monitoring service quality and SLA performance
  • Analyze business requirements and collaborate with key users to design and implement effective IT solutions and projects.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, implementations, and infrastructure enhancements
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure project milestones and timelines are achieved
  • Lead, coach, and develop IT team members to strengthen technical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and operational excellence
  • Manage IT budgets, maintenance agreements, software licensing, and asset management to optimize IT investment
  • Coordinate with vendors, outsourcing partners, and service providers to ensure service quality and project delivery
  • Handle incident escalation, crisis management, and business continuity activities to minimize operational impact
  • Anticipate potential risks, identify improvement opportunities, and implement preventive actions to enhance system reliability
  • Prepare and present IT operational updates, project status reports, and strategic recommendations to IT Management and Top Management
