    - Take care of the corrective breakdown, preventive breakdown, strong problem-solving, and corrective/preventive action.
    - Analyze downtime, identify trends, and develop solutions.
    - Produce written breakdown reports and make presentations.
    - Manage the projects, tasks, and operations following the deadline.
    - Set up reasonable KPIs and ensure KPIs have met the target.
    - Conduct risk assessments of machines, spare parts, and tasks in the department.
    - Understand well the production process and machines to improve production efficiency and reliability of machines.
    - Motivate develop and coach the team to operational success.
    - Monitor the completion of tasks and ensure good performance and record.
    - Lead the team in new machine installation, machine design, and improvement projects.
    - Set up and control the engineering budget.
    - Able to rotate to production manager or other positions as needed by the company policy.

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related.
    - Master’s degree in engineering management is preferred.
    - At least 10 years experience in production and engineering roles, preferably in Production.
    - Strong leadership and people management skills.
    - Organizational skills, proven expertise in solving problems, and superior interpersonal skills.
    - Strong and excellent communication skills in English

    - Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills.
