• Responsible for promoting the beneficial results of improvement activities in other production lines and workshops
• Collaborate with each workshop to develop improvement plans, track the implementation of each workshop's annual improvement plan and provide support

คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor degree or above, major in industrial engineering or engineering
• At least 3 years of experience in Lean improvement
• Familiar with the company's production process, familiar with lean improvement knowledge and IE improvement tools
• Good communication skills in English or Chinese; candidates who can communicate in Chinese will be given priority.
• Able to be familiar with using IE techniques to improve and achieve the purpose of reducing costs and improving efficiency;
• Proficient in using CAD, solid works, office and other software
• High attention to detail, strong responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
