  - Troubleshoot electrode casting and unit cell assembly processes and process equipment as issues arise.
  - Improve and fine tune vision system for electrode alignment and electrode defect inspection.
  - Perform equipment and process capability studies using six sigma methodology to identify areas of improvement.
  - Work hands-on with manufacturing equipment to identify the best process protocols and parameters, and opportunities for process yield and quality improvement.
  - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control systems and automation equipment.
  - Conduct engineering trials, document, and analyze manufacturing process records and experimental results. Present, share reports, and recommend new development pathways.
  - Manage continuous improvement projects to drive process improvement.
  - Work cross-functionally with product and quality team to set product and process specifications.
  - Perform process variation study in each process area. Work closely with quality teams on corrective and preventive actions.
  - Work closely with equipment vendors and outside partners to develop new proof of concept equipment.
  - Create and maintain standard operating procedures for powder and slurry processes.
  - Train, guide, and define tasks for operators on day-to-day work.
