- Troubleshoot and resolve mold issues during mass production, such as chipped cutting edges, material buildup, scratches on products, etc.
- When problems occur, disassemble the mold, analyze the root cause, perform temporary repairs by welding, and carry out manual finishing work.
- Perform scheduled mold maintenance to prevent potential risks (Preventive Maintenance).
- Propose improvements to molds or related components to enhance production efficiency (Kaizen).
- Carry out periodic overhaul work, such as grinding and replacing worn parts.
- Molds moving by using cranes and forklifts.
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
- Vocational Diploma to Bachelor’s degree in Metal Mold/Die Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in press mold maintenance; must have experience with both Progressive and Single press dies
- Able to read drawings, understand mold structures, and make appropriate decisions to solve problems when issues arise
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings
- Able to work flexible with working hours
- Creative mindset and able to work well as part of a team
- Certificate in crane and forklift operation (required due to handling molds up to 400 tons)ความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ
