1. Organizational, predicable to prevent trouble occurring in Aftersales Service business.
2. Ability to supervise and lead a team to service and support customers.
3. Monitor, coordinate and report the status of project and delivered products and ensure timely follow up.
4. Implementation and administration of long-term service contract with power plant owner.
5. Prepare and submit proposal/invoice, negotiate commercial terms, record sales and services.
6. Handle documentation, trading, shipments for the transaction with customers and venders.
7. Prepare and give presentation about specification, features and benefits of products and/or services to customers.
8. Create and complete subcontracts with vendors.
9. Negotiate commercial terms with customers and vendors and record sales and services.
10. Serve as a liaison between the customers, company and Japan Headquarters.
11.Assist customers for any troubleshooting and any failures arise from products, parts or services provided by the company.
12. Troubleshoot and problem solving by involving various departments based on the needs of the company.
13.Report activities and feedback from customers to various stakeholders.
14. Support any commercial disputes or tasks required by Japan Headquarters for service business.
15. Support internal teams in cross-function tasks related to sales and service operation.
16. Seek alignment from various stakeholders.
17.Responsible for other tasks as may be required from time to time by the company or Japan Headquarters.

คุณสมบัติ
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher in any field.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in sales, commercial, proposals, contractual agreements and business administration, preferably with engineering background of similar products in Power and Energy industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external Customers. Business Level in Japanese Language an added advantage to communicate with Japan Headquarters and prepare the business plans, sales and technical proposal specifications and contract documents.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office).
- Excellent understanding of contractual terms, trade administration, general import and export trade and incoterms.
- Preferable to have a knowledge of commercial and technical terms in power plant business.
- Experience working with Japanese companies and familiarity with Japanese work culture is an added advantage.
- Strong Knowledge of Gas Turbine Combined Cycle Power Plant Equipment maintenance and Long-Term Service Agreement.
- Comfortable with both upcountry and overseas travels.
- Updated on market trends of power generation business.
- Strong Customer service-oriented spirit.
