  • Ensure that the warehouse operates smoothly and that customer deliveries are on time.
  • To direct and control the use of warehouse facilities to ensure the maximum use of available space considering efficiency, safety, and profitability.
  • To ensure that Packaging materials are being controlled; transfers internally and externally are monitored.
  • Ensure the management and execution of ISO, 5S, and safety systems in Warehouse.
  • Direct and control the use of the warehouse to maximize the use of available space and ensure a safe, efficient, and profitable operation that meets customer and business needs.
  • Oversee the dispatch operation to ensure that it operates efficiently, effectively, and safely meeting customer requirements.
  • Maintain a liaison with the production and transport operations and that customer requirements are met.
  • Carry out projects relating to the use of the warehouse and logistics to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Direct and control the staff of the warehouse to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated and carry out their responsibilities according to standards.
  • Provide advice and guidance to company managers and staff on warehouse utilization, logistics, pallet control, transport cost, etc.
  • Maintain all necessary records of goods stored and dispatched.
  • Implement a system to ensure that physical stock is accurate and aligned with that of declared/encoded in the ALPLA Prod System. Responsible for reporting accurate figures to the Finance and Accounting Department for financial report management.
  • Ensure that her/his subordinates comply with and practice the ISO standards.
  • Evaluate the performance and skills of Warehouse supervisors and direct reports.
  • Manage the discipline of employees and implement disciplinary measures when needed.
  • Ensure that subordinates follow the Safety, Quality, 5S, and other plant rules and regulations.
