  - Manage and Oversee Test Lab Operations
  - Plan, allocate, and oversee the daily operations of the air conditioner test lab to ensure maximum efficiency and smooth workflow.
  - Lead and Manage a Team of Technicians
  - Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of technicians, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills for all testing procedures.
  - Coordinate with Engineering Teams: Collaborate closely with engineers to plan and support the setup of air conditioners for various testing protocols, ensuring all requirements and standards are met.
  - Oversee Test Unit Logistics: Manage the systematic intake and return of air conditioner units for testing.
  - Develop Team Capabilities
  - Create and implement continuous training plans, workshops, and skill development programs to enhance the expertise and capabilities of the technical team.
  - Maintain Equipment: Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and calibration of all testing equipment and tools to ensure they are always in optimal working condition.
  - Report on Performance: Generate and present reports on operational performance, key issues, and recommendations to senior management.
