    Responsibilities:

    - Manage IT infrastructure, including virtualization, cloud environments, and ongoing migration projects.
    - Oversee network systems, firewalls, and security operations to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
    - Administer Microsoft 365, ERP, databases, storage, and backup solutions.
    - Implement cybersecurity, risk management, and IT governance practices.
    - Coordinate with teams and vendors on projects, deployments, and license management.
    - Support regional offices and participate in training or seminars as required.
    - Perform other assigned duties to ensure smooth IT operations.

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, IT Infrastructure or senior IT roles in multinational environments.
    - Strong knowledge of virtualization, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity and IT compliance.
    - Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SQL, ERP systems, and backup technologies.
    - Willingness to travel internationally for onsite support and collaboration.

    Advantage:
    - Certified in CCNA, VMware, Fortinet NSE, ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft Azure and Cybersecurity would be an advantage.
    - Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.
