  Responsibilities:
  
  • Manage and maintain internal IT systems, infrastructure, and software to support business operations.
  • Lead an IT & Programmer team to meet the requirements and achieve project goals
  • Coordinate with overseas product owners or suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure product integration or updates.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers, both remotely and on-site when required.
  • Analyze and resolve system errors, bugs, or network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Manage IT assets, licenses, and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, customer service) to deliver efficient tech solutions.
  • Document technical processes and solutions for internal reference and customer support.
