  Business: A fast-growing leading manufacturer and exporter of a globally well-known footwear brand, for over 30 years.
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  
  - Support on organizing all necessary to smooth running of the production and team.
  - Plan and organize workloads to maintain smooth workflow to other departments.
  - Collaborate with the Assistant Production manager to ensure optimum productivity and timely completion of orders.
  - Ensure an efficient and productive production process meets customer requirements.
  - Coaching supervisor for production management, problem-solving
  - Analyze problems to find the root cause which leads to guidelines for production solving and finding the solution to prevent the problem.
  - Reduce and Proven downtime.
  - Supervise and evaluate the performance of production, quality inspectors, workers, etc.
  - Determine the number of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials, etc.)
  - Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth operations.
