  Roles and Responsibilities
  - Provide comprehensive corporate legal advice to leadership, including guidance on corporate governance, entity structuring, joint ventures, and general corporate risk management.
  - Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of legal documents, including maritime, corporate, and commercial contracts.
  - Advise internal stakeholders and regional business units on legal matters relating to day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
  - Partner closely with business units on legal and compliance matters, offering constructive challenge on the commercial and legal viability of proposed corporate and commercial transactions.
  - Lead and coordinate legal and compliance risk analysis, including corporate due diligence for M&A or strategic investments, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
  - Oversee corporate secretarial functions and ensure ongoing corporate compliance across regional entities.
  - Manage compliance-related workstreams, including policy advice, training delivery, third-party due diligence, and screening processes.
  - Take ownership of moderately complex matters with limited supervision, escalating novel or high-risk issues appropriately.
