  - Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project budgets for fit-out and MEP works.
  - Review drawings, specifications, and project scope to ensure accurate quantity take-offs and costing.
  - Maintain cost plans and monitor project budgets, actual costs, and cost variances.
  - Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to support procurement activities.
  - Assess, price, and manage variations, change orders, and additional works.
  - Verify subcontractor work progress, quantities, and payment claims.
  - Monitor project cost performance, identify cost risks, and recommend cost-saving solutions.
  - Prepare cost reports and financial summaries for management.
  - Support contract administration and maintain project documentation.
  - Provide costing expertise and professional support to Designers, Sales, and Project Managers.
