  1 Warehouse Management & Control:
  - Control, manage, and organizational structure of the warehouse.
  - Assess available warehouse space and develop effective stacking and storage plans prior to the arrival of scheduled or contingency commodities.
  - Monitor the quality and quantity of stored commodities continuously.
  - Carry out regular physical random checks of commodities, inventory, and stock accuracy.
  
  2 Warehouse Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
  - Analyze key warehouse operational metrics and logistics data to drive process optimization, cost efficiency, and performance improvement initiatives.
  - Lead business improvement projects, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive the introduction and implementation of new systems.
  
  3 Quality & Global Stakeholder Communication:
  - Maintain and control quality management systems across all warehouse procedures.
  - Communicate proactively with key stakeholders and decision-makers across both domestic and overseas warehouses.
