  - Develop and implement effective sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  - Lead sourcing activities for Direct / Indirect and OEM Materials, with particular focus on Mold, Tooling and manufacturing-related materials/services.
  - Identify, evaluate, select and develop reliable suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery and technical capability.
  - Lead commercial and price negotiations with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
  - Drive annual Cost Reduction, VA/VE and supplier cost improvement initiatives.
  - Monitor supplier price movements and proactively negotiate price increases/decreases.
  - Review supplier contracts and commercial agreements to ensure competitiveness and long-term feasibility.
  - Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key suppliers.
  - Conduct supplier and commercial risk assessments and establish appropriate mitigation plans.
  - Control departmental procurement budget and promote sustainable long-term cost savings.
  - Lead sourcing process improvement and increase overall operational efficiency.
  - Prepare sourcing, procurement and cost performance reports for management.
  - Lead, coach and develop the Sourcing team and work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Quality and related functions.
