    -Support the daily operation and management of the Production Department
    -Monitor and manage production plans and progress
    -Manage production staff and workers and provide work instructions
    -Identify and respond to production issues and problems
    -Drive improvement activities to enhance production efficiency and productivity
    -Coordinate with related departments, including Quality Control and Maintenance
    -Prepare production-related reports and documents
    -Perform other duties related to factory operations and production management

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    - At least 3 years of experience in Production / Manufacturing operations in a manufacturing company
    - Experience working in a small- to medium-sized company or factory
    - Experience in production control or management of manufacturing operations
    - Experience resolving on-site production issues independently

    【Advantage】
    - Experience with automotive OEM, Auto Parts, or Aftermarket products
    - Experience in plastic/resin products or injection molding
    - Knowledge of resin materials such as acrylic (PMMA) and polycarbonate (PC)
