• 仕事内容

  - Design and develop electric motor products and components in accordance with customer requirements and company specifications.
  - Design motor components, finished parts, and motor products from the initial design stage through production approval.
  - Prepare and control Parts Lists, Engineering Drawings, Specifications, and related engineering documents.
  - Design products with consideration for quality, performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost effectiveness.
  - Revise, modify, and improve existing products and components in response to customer requirements, production process issues, quality problems, and cost reduction projects.
  - Conduct technical evaluations, testing, and analysis to ensure that products meet the specified requirements.
  - Coordinate with Production, QC, Purchasing, Sales, and other relevant departments regarding product design and technical issues.
  - Provide technical advice and support to resolve issues related to production and product quality.
  - Prepare, revise, issue, maintain, and control engineering documents in accordance with company procedures and document control requirements.
  - Support new product development and engineering changes from the design stage through mass production.
  - Monitor and ensure that engineering activities are completed according to the planned schedule and specified deadlines.
  - Participate in Kaizen, cost reduction, quality improvement, and production efficiency improvement activities.
  - Perform engineering activities in compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and environmental requirements.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
  
  [Secondary Responsibilities]
  - Provide technical support and consultation to Production, QC, Purchasing, and Sales.
  - Support the investigation, analysis, and resolution of technical issues related to motor products and components.
  - Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding technical specifications and engineering issues, as appropriate.
  - Support the preparation of technical information and documents for customer inquiries and product development.
  - Support cross-functional improvement activities and projects, as well as other assigned tasks.
