  Project & Troubleshooting for the categories below:
  
  1. Network Related
  Operate the IP-VPN and SD-WAN networks used by subsidiaries in the SAO region for international communications.
  Although carriers provide the WAN services, the data center infrastructure supports both international and domestic communications. As the internal network representative, manage the overall network environment consisting of multiple vendors.As part of security operations, monitor firewall logs and coordinate with IT personnel in each country to respond to detected issues.
  
  2. On-premise and Cloud Server
  Support the setup and operation of AWS servers used by subsidiaries in the SAO region.
  Although the environments are provided by vendors, manage the AD and DNS servers.
  On-premise to cloud, cloud to cloud migration projects.
  
  3. Azure/AD/Office 365
  Handle various Office 365-related requests and inquiries, including integration with the Office 365 Entra ID environment.
  Provide comprehensive support based on infrastructure and network expertise, rather than support limited to individual application usage.
  As the regional administrator, respond to inquiries regarding whitelisting, account migration, SharePoint, and email services according to the requirements of each country.
  Although licenses are managed by the Japan headquarters, provide overall management for the SAO region by receiving requests and questions from each company’s IT personnel and working with Japan to resolve them.
