  - Supervise and monitor machine repair and inspection to ensure compliance with company standards and requirements.
  - Review and ensure preventive maintenance plans for machinery and utility systems are completed according to the scheduled timeline.
  - Source, coordinate, and supervise contractors for building expansion, construction projects, and machinery repair work.
  - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Maintenance Department.
  - Analyze maintenance issues, prepare monthly reports, identify problem trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  - Review and approve documents related to overtime (OT), gate passes for taking items out of the company, equipment requisitions, and contractors' work permits/documentation.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
