    【Responsibilities】
    ・Lead the gathering and analysis of information, and formulate and test hypotheses on client organizational challenges
    ・Lead discussions with the Project Manager, developing recommendations for presentation to client leadership
    ・Lead the development and implementation of change management strategies that ensure the seamless integration of new processes, technologies, and policies, enhancing operational eƯiciency and eƯectiveness
    ・Design and deliver talent transformation programs that upskill and reskill employees and foster a culture of innovation
    ・Assess the impacts of organizational change, including risk analysis and mitigation, to ensure minimal business disruption and strong ROI on change initiatives, while maintaining stakeholder engagement and buy-in
    ・Lead the implementation of recommendations alongside project and client team members
    ・Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for client teams and ensuring alignment between client expectations and engagement delivery
    ・ Lead and facilitate client workshops
    ・ Lead strategic communication initiatives that highlight a client's development capabilities, leadership culture, and workforce transformation journey
    ・ Lead stakeholder impact assessments and change readiness diagnostics
    ・ Oversee training and communication rollout for client change initiatives
    ・ Lead organization design activities — role definition, span of control analysis, reporting structure design
    ・ Lead HCM system assessment work by gathering business and HR requirements, facilitating current-state discussions, identifying process and technology gaps, and translating workforce priorities into future-state process and system requirements
    ・ Design HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including workforce administration, talent, performance, learning, compensation, and employee experience, aligning process design with HCM system capabilities and client
    transformation objectives
    ・ Lead workforce analytics — analyzing HR data (attrition, engagement, skills gaps) to inform recommendations
    ・ Lead culture assessment and culture-shaping initiatives
    ・ Mentor junior consultants — providing guidance on technical work, client interactions, and professional development
    ・ Support business development by helping shape proposal content, identify follow- on opportunities, and develop reusable practice knowledge

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    ・ Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
    ・ 5-10 years of working experience, preferably in consulting with strong exposure to change management
    ・ Demonstrated experience leading workstreams or small teams within client engagements
    ・ Experience in a management consulting or HR consulting organization is required candidates with experience in HR function processes, change management, organization design, talent management, or leadership development are
    encouraged to apply
    ・ Strong stakeholder management and client-facing presentation skills
    ・ Business level of English required

    【Preferred】
    ・CCMP or CMS is a plus
    ・Japanese speaking is a plus
