• Responsible for leading the company development Center, managing and engineering and training activities, and developing strategic plans for department growth
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior Japanese staff, to enhance training systems and ensure high-quality project execution

Qualifications:
• Master's degree or higher (Master's degree in M&E Engineering will be given special consideration but a Master's degree in other fields are also welcome, if they have extensive experience in M&E construction exp.)
• ATD license (Accredited Tier Designer) is a must
• Thai Professional Engineering License (กว.) is required – Associate Engineer (ระดับวุฒิ) or Professional Engineer (ระดับสามัญ)
• Strong experience in MEP construction projects across multiple projects, with strong expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems and also Expertise in MEP system design
• Good knowledge of data center construction and engineering practices
• Experience delivering technical training and coaching engineers and proven experience leading training teams and developing engineering capabilities
• Experience in pharmaceutical, industrial cleanroom, safe energy, and/or data center projects is highly preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and knowledge-sharing skills
• Good command in English英語
