  【Job Description】
  ・Responsible for creating or updating construction drawings and finalizing specifications based on customer requirements and new projects at the data center.
  ・Handle the installation of electrical equipment, conduct commissioning tests and acceptance inspections, and manage power distribution for customers and new projects as needed.
  ・Ensure that all electrical work complies with laws and regulations, relevant ISO standards, and Telehouse standards.
  ・Responsible for installing, delivering, and handing over electrical infrastructure in the data center.
  ・Ensure compliance with labor safety and health laws, fire safety regulations, and statutory requirements, and maintain records. Includes conducting fire risk assessments.
  ・Ensure that all safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements are fully implemented in accordance with relevant laws and Telehouse standards.
  ・Responsible for creating, updating, and approving operational and maintenance procedures necessary to keep the facilities, equipment, and environment in the data center in good condition.
  ・Handle daily customer service management and all infrastructure maintenance.
  ・Supervise the performance of outsourced operation teams and are responsible for operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
  ・Responsible for establishing a 24/7 facility operations team and managing key outsourced engineers.
