  Sales & Target Management:
  - Establish sales target (KPIs) and develop strategic plans with dealers in the Eastern region
  - Monitor and srive sales performance for both internal Combustion Engine (ICE) and Electric Vehicle (EV) commercial trucks
  - Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies in real-time
  Dealer Operations & Standards:
  - Oversee and audit dealer showrooms and service centers to ensure compliance with Corporate Identity (CI) and Operation Standards
  - Provide business consultancy to dealer principals and management to improve overall profitability
  Inventory & Stock Control:
  - Manage dealer inventory to ensure a healthy balance between supply and market demand
  - Coordinate ordering plans and truck vehicle delivery status to ensure timely arrival for customers
  Market Expansion & Network Development:
  - Identify new market opportunities within the EEC (Eastern Economic Corridor) and industrial estate zones
  - Support local marketing initiatives and regional events to boost brand visibility
  - Relationship & Problem Solving: Act as the primary liaison between the company and dealers to resolve operational issue, including technical support, DLT registration, and financial/leasing hurdles
