  - Monitor and control machine efficiency and effectiveness of production lines
  - Monitor section KPIs and drive actions to achieve targets
  - Issue and manage the Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan to meet targets
  - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain machines in good condition
  - Supervise and support the work of junior staff
  - Manage and follow up on job assignments from the section and leaders in accordance with section policy
  - Analyze machine problems and implement countermeasures
  - Prepare and summarize concern reports for group management
  - Provide basic training and on-the-job training (OJT), and evaluate new members
  - Consider and prepare 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) analysis for preventive maintenance work
  - Support skill development of junior staff
