  - Provide technical guidance on metal stamping, welding, and assembly processes.
  - Analyze the root causes of quality issues and equipment troubles, and provide improvement recommendations.
  - Transfer technical knowledge to and develop Thai engineers and production staff.
  - Advise on productivity improvement, yield enhancement, and cost reduction initiatives.
  - Support new product launches and process improvement projects.
  - Provide guidance on maintaining and improving quality standards such as IATF 16949.
  - Conduct training and educational programs to enhance the overall technical capabilities of the factory.
