  1. Seek out modern technologies and tools for inspection and testing within the department
  2. Manage New Project activities to align with APQP plans and ensure timely completion
  3. Manage the internal quality system by developing various plans
  4. Manage and organize quality system documents within the department
  5. Manage and control measuring instruments within the organization to ensure accuracy and proper usage
  6. Develop suppliers to ensure they can produce and deliver products to the company with the required quality standards
  7. Coordinate with customers on the quality of project work.
  8. Collect quality issues from production start to customer-reported problems, compile statistical data, and report to relevant parties to find preventive solutions
  9. Manage workforce allocation for New Project tasks and inspection processes to align with plans and production volumes
  10. Supervise department employees to ensure proper and appropriate work procedures are followed
  11. Innovate methods to improve the efficiency of production and inspection processes
  12. Evaluate the performance of subordinates according to the scheduled timeline
  13. Perform other tasks as assigned
