    Commercial & Sales Leadership
    - Own and deliver sales targets across all channels: retail/B2B, online, and telesales.
    - Define and execute market-appropriate sales strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.
    - Develop key accounts, distribution opportunities, and strategic partnerships in the UAE market and others.
    - Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and conversion, taking timely corrective actions where needed.

    Operations & Inventory Management
    - Oversee daily operations including warehouse, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
    - Ensure inventory availability aligns with sales forecasts and business targets.
    - Manage stock planning for both proprietary brands and distributed brands to balance availability, cash flow, and margin.
    - Supervise logistics and delivery execution, including import and export operations, to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery.

    Financial Management & P&L Ownership
    - Hold full P&L responsibility for the UAE operation.
    - Manage budgets, cost structure, margins, and cash flow in line with business objectives.
    - Work closely with the accounting function to ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting.
    - Identify and implement opportunities to improve profitability and cost efficiency.

    Strategy & Business Planning
    - Translate group objectives into actionable business, sales, and operational plans for the UAE.
    - Lead sales forecasting and demand planning to support growth and inventory decisions.
    - Assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
    - Build a scalable operating model to support future business expansion.

    Team Leadership & Performance Management
    - Lead and manage the UAE team covering sales, warehouse/delivery, and finance.
    - Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
    - Coach and develop team members to enhance capability and accountability.
    - Promote collaboration and execution discipline within a small, fast-moving organization.

    Governance, Risk & Compliance
    - Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in the UAE.
    - Maintain appropriate operational controls and risk management practices.
    - Safeguard company assets, inventory, and financial integrity.

    Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
    - Provide structured and timely reports to the Country Director, covering sales, inventory, financial performance, and key risks.
    - Communicate business performance, challenges, and opportunities with clarity and transparency.

  • 応募条件

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
    - 7–10 years of experience in general management, commercial management, or senior operational roles.
    - Experience managing multi-channel sales operations in sales-led businesses, preferably FMCG, food, pet food, or consumer goods.
    - Experience with P&L ownership, budgeting, and financial analysis.
    - Experience working in or managing businesses in the UAE / Middle East
