Main Responsibilities:
• Manage sales pipeline lists, customer lists, and quotation status reports
• Follow up new inquiries, quotation requests, proposals, LOI, PO, and pre contract discussion status
• Prepare and organize customer visit reports, meeting minutes, and sales activity records
• Record and follow up customer requests, pending issues, unanswered items, and next actions
• Coordinate internally with the Managing Director, General Manager, sales team, estimation, design, construction, and maintenance teams
• Communicate with customers by email, phone, and Teams as required
• Manage quotation submission deadlines, customer response deadlines, and follow-up schedules
• Support preparation of company profiles, sales materials, and proposal documents
• Organize and maintain customer information, project history, and communication records
• Prepare reports on expected orders, project status, and sales activities
• Attend client meetings when necessary and support meeting notes and follow-up actions

応募条件
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–3 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, coordination, customer support, or administrative work
- Basic English communication skills sufficient for writing business emails and coordinating internally and externally
【Advantage】
- Practical skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to organize information, manage lists, keep records, and control deadlines
- Experience in B2B sales support or project coordination英語
