仕事内容
- Provide full secretarial support to the President & CEO and administrative support to the Strategic Planning Department and related business divisions
- Manage the President’s schedule, appointments, and business trips efficiently
- Handle administrative tasks including report preparation, application submissions, payment processing, and documentation management
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, business entertainment activities, and golf arrangements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as customer secretaries, associations, and service providers
- Coordinate closely with business divisions, affiliate companies, headquarters, and other AP offices regarding the President’s activities
- Work collaboratively with the Corporate Planning / Strategic Planning Department to ensure smooth operational support

- Proficient in Thai, English, and Japanese (spoken and written)
- Several years of experience as a secretary, executive assistant, or in executive support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across all organizational levels
- Good understanding of Japanese business culture and professional etiquette
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
