Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents
- Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and shipment arrangements
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, delivery status, and inquiries
- Maintain accurate sales records and databases
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
- Handle documentation for import/export if required
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned
