  - Lead and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
  - Manage QA/QC teams to ensure effective quality control across incoming, in-process, and final inspection stages.
  - Act as the main quality contact for customers, including handling audits, quality issues, and customer claims.
  - Drive problem-solving and corrective actions using automotive quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 5 Why).
  - Support new product launches, including APQP, PPAP, and validation activities.
  - Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Suppliers to improve quality performance and reduce defects.
  - Lead internal, supplier, and customer audits and ensure audit readiness.
  - Promote continuous improvement and defect prevention initiatives.
  - Other tasks assigned
