仕事内容
Import Clearance
1. Monitor Flight & Clearance process. Including manage closing period with shipper
2. Be center person to coordinate between CS, Sales & Freight Forwarder & Shipping agent regarding shipment clearance
3. Freight & Clearance cost management (Check monthly billing, Making monthly report)
4. Logistic new account set up (Shipping instruction, Freight time registration, E paperless)
5. HS Code management (Update database)
Shipping Document
1. Storage shipping document (Freight Forwarder)
2. Advance Duty & Vat charge (Check billing & issue payment request)
求めている人材
応募条件
- Bachelor degree in any field ( Logistic is preferred )
- Experience 1 - 2 years in a lated field
- Good Command in English with minimum Toeic Score 700
- Enjoy operating the system and handle daily document
- Computer literacy, Excel skills (Vlook up/ If / Sorting) is preferable英語
