- Upload and optimize product listings and content across marketplaces.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback via chat, call, and online platforms.
- Monitor service scores and maintain official store standards.
- Develop response templates, FAQs, and SOPs for common issues.
- Supervise and train part-time CS staff, ensuring quality communication.
- Manage customer databases and segmentation for marketing campaigns.
- Support loyalty program setup and VIP privilege creation.
- Provide monthly customer insights to improve overall experience.

【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role.
- E-commerce experience (Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok/FB/IG).
- Good command of English (basic communication).
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
