  Job Summary:
  We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand initiatives to drive sales growth and profitability through effective marketing, sales, and education activities.
  
  Career path:
  This position plays a key role in strengthening cosmetics brand presence in the Thai market, with the potential to advance into a Regional Brand Manager role overseeing the entire ASEAN region.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Develop and implement brand strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
  - Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand communication strategies.
  - Lead collaboration with sales and training teams to ensure consistent brand message and customer experience.
  - Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  - Coordinate with regional and global headquarters to align local strategy with global brand direction.
  - Report regularly to headquarters on marketing plans, implementation progress, and performance results.
