    Key Responsibilities

    - Marketing Strategy & Growth: Plan and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue and brand growth. Define target segments, brand positioning, and go-to-market plans.

    - Brand Management: Strengthen brand identity and consistency across all channels, campaigns, and product lines.

    - Digital & Performance Marketing: Lead digital campaigns, optimize ROI, and improve customer acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies.

    - Market Insights & Product Development: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and support product innovation and positioning.

    - Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the marketing team, work with cross-functional teams, and manage agencies/vendors.

    - Budget & Performance Tracking: Oversee marketing budget, measure campaign performance, and provide actionable insights.

  • 応募条件

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and performance optimization.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.

    Advantage:
    • Proven experience in health supplement, FMCG, or consumer health industries is highly preferred.
    • Passionate about health, innovation, and consumer-centric marketing.
