    - Bachelor’s degree in any field
    - At least 1 year of experience market development
    - Experience in Market Development or as an AV Sales Engineer will be an advantage
    - Strong analytical, planning, and management skills
    - Technical knowledge in audio-visual systems (Professional product group)
    - Good negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in a team
    - Able to work on-site and occasionally upcountry
    - Strong communication and coordination skills with international counterparts
