  1.3 Prepare and conduct staff training
  1.4 Manage to record training data
  
  2. Recruitment:
  2.1 Handle recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, job posting and managing the hiring process
  2.2 Handle evaluation process for probation period
  
  3. On & Off Boarding Process:
  3.1 Handle on boarding for preparing contract, TOEIC test, Health Check
  3.2 Handle off boarding for exit interview
  
  4. Company Activity
  4.1 Promote employer branding
  4.2 Conduct employee engagement activities
  4.3 Support company activities
  4.4 Conduct CSR activity and project
  
  5. Other Support:
  5.1 Annual TOEIC test
