  Key Responsibilities:
  
  - Department: After-Sales
  - Develop and deliver technical training on construction and agricultural equipment (e.g., excavators, wheel loaders) with a focus on engines, electrical systems, and hydraulics.
  - Train and support dealer service teams in Thailand and English-speaking countries (Europe and Asia)
  - Assess training needs and customize programs accordingly.
  - Prepare training materials (presentations, manuals, assessments) and conduct hands-on demonstrations.
  - Evaluate training effectiveness and track trainee progress.
  - Collaborate with engineering and service teams to stay updated on technical developments.
  - Promote a knowledge-sharing culture across the region.
