  - Pricing strategy guide for major headquarters/region external business, directional payment and major RFQ integrated contract

  - Expand optimal logistics partner pool in Thailand
  - Expand human network and obtain simultaneous competitive bidding opportunities
  
  Cooperate with Sales
  
  - Forecast market demand and support expanding sales
  - Establish Price analysis and operation strategy/policy
  - Data-based market trend analysis and secure optimal executors by region
  
  Respond to Ocean vessel operation and issue
  
  - Manage overall of Ocean freight bidding, follow up bidding promotion/progress
  - Secure contract vessels. Establish detailed operation plans, and manage performance
  
  Pricing Trend/ Plan Analysis
  
  - Analyze optimal shipping company operations by trading. Establish plan to secure optimal freight rates/vehicles
  - Analyze carrier/ carrier operation strategies and prepare response plan
  - Establish and implement the strategies for short-term, mid- to long-term collaboration
  
  Respond to shipping company/implementation maritime freight rate to secure tasks
  
  - Prepare the shipping company/NVOCC competitive bidding plan and mid- to long-term operation strategy
  - Establish the response plan following the fleet adjustment reorganization
  - Negotiation of air fares and space with global airlines/service providers
  - Establish and implement pricing strategy to secure optimal fares
