    - Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
    - Communicate and coordinate with both domestic and international customers, addressing quality-related requirements and issues.
    - May have to travel to Southeast Asia, China, Taiwan depending on customer needs
    - Other duties assigned by management
