    -Own the end-to-end B2B sales process with aesthetic clinics, medspas, and dermatology hospitals.
    -Recruit sales representative and build a strong sales team to achieve potential sales target possible.
    -Develop purchase agreements, structure of referral program and sign deals related.
    -Execute our clinic segmentation strategy across Tier A (large chains), Tier B (mid-sized), Tier C (single-branch), and Tier H (hospitals).
    -Lead clinical demo scheduling, pitch meetings, and contract closures across your assigned clinic network.
    -Manage early-adopter programs, pricing offers/warranties, and training incentives for high-potential clinics.
    -Maintain and follow up CRM discipline for pipeline, sales funnel, referral leads, and territory performance tracking.
    -Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to activate KOL-driven campaigns, local influencer events, and training programs.

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    - 5+ years of experience in aesthetic device, laser, energy-based device, or premium skincare/cosmeceutical B2B sales.
    - Experience onboarding clinics
    - Strategic thinker, highly organized, metrics-driven and persistent in closing high-value B2B deals.
    - Good personality and Good Presentation.
