    POSITION SUMMARY:
    Responsible for expanding sales with existing customers and developing new business with new customers by matching the company's motor models with customers' applications. Position involves sales, inventory management and customer service. Position requires a person who is sales driven with basic sales experience and marketing skills.

    JOB DUTIES:
    • Rely on extensive experience to perform the following duties of a sales independently / with minimal supervision:
    - Manage existing customer accounts and pursue new business opportunities in order to increase company's overall sales
    - Maintain close communication with customers' purchasing and engineering contacts through frequent visits and / or phone calls
    - Thoroughly understand and be able to convey to customer the company's product offerings and technical details of the products
    - Gather customer requirements and select most suitable motor to match those requirements
    - Prepare and present general presentations to customers
    - Conduct commercial negotiations with customers' purchasing staff
    - Document and maintain detailed customer program information
    - Maintain monthly sales projections for customer
    - Understand market trends and competitors' product strategies
    - Attend customers' supplier conferences and industry conferences as necessary
    - Accompany customers on audits of company's overseas production facilities as necessary
    - Maintain and control the Credit limit per customer’s financial status
    - Weekly order issuance to factory
    - Monitoring motor procurement, inventory and on time delivery status with sales operation and customer
    - To work as window person of quality claim
    - To check and control payment from customer
    - To receive customer order, check the order and input it into production order system
    - To control warehouse company
    - Involve the IATF internal/external audit including document preparation
    - To utilize intra-company system, IFS, SPF, Windchill, Intra-mart
    • Lead special projects as assigned
    • Assist in training new sales staffs

  • 応募条件

    【Must】
    ‐ Bachalor’s Degree in any field
    - Work experience : Sales experience in automotive electronics companies, or in industries such as medical, mobility, or factory automation
    - Language: Good command of English
    - Have driving license
    - Must be able to travel abroad on business trips

    【Advantage】
    - Background in mechanical or electrical engineering with sales experience is highly preferred
    - Experience at a motor manufacturing company is a plus
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    - Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and to lead a team
