  - Thai tax regulations, international tax frameworks, transfer pricing strategies
  - All areas relating to financial reporting.
  - To develop and maintain accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
  - Year end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.
  - Costing, fixed asset management, guidance of subordinates.
  - Monitor daily cash balances and prepare cash forecast.
  - Review and approve all invoices and payments before bank authorization.
  - Oversee monthly deal-related invoice.
  - Coordinate the preparation of tax return and year-end review with outside accountants.
  - Monitor fixed asset activity in detail. Generate month-end depreciation and amortization entries.
  - Assist in preparing annual audited financial statements.
  - Review bank reconciliations, loan schedules, management fees, etc.
  - Prepare or review the City Business License, personal property tax and other government forms.
  - To preparing monthly cash flow and others task.
