    • Maintain and manage the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
    • Generate and analyze HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and other key HR metrics, and provide data insights.
    • Assist HR staff and other employees with system-related issues and provide technical support.
    • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and work with vendors or IT teams to implement upgrades and new features.
    • Participate in the testing and implementation of new HRIS modules or updates.
    • Streamline HR processes and workflows through the efficient use of the HRIS.

  • 応募条件

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Experience 5-8 years working with HRIS systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
    • **Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of HRIS databases and software.
    • Proficiency in data entry and data management, Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights.
    • Ability to explain complex systems and data to non-technical users.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
