  -To handle day-to-day operations, e.g. commercial contract review, advertisement & marketing campaign review from legal perspective
  -To provide strategic legal advice to local management team in order to mitigate and control the potential business risk
  -To collaborate with legal team in Tokyo for strategic planning and potential projects such as M&A deals
  -To responsible for potential dispute resolution e.g. labour issue, consumer claims
  -To handle corporate issues (BOD, shareholders, registration, and other related matters)
  -To handle BOI issues (application for new project, regular report etc)
  -To build relationship with related government bodies e.g. FDA (for food safety), Consumer Protection Board (for consumer claims),
  BOI, MOC (for FBA)
