    [Product] Wood Packaging Materials and Pallets

    - Responsible for marketing and sales for new customers
    - Take care and coordinate products, including sending samples and documents as requested by customers
    - Control the preparation of customer demand plans into Forecast/Sales plans and inform relevant departments
    - Coordinate internally to close new customers, plan new products between customers and internal team
    - Calculate costs and prepare Quotations, Tax Invoices, Delivery Notes and documents related to sales to customers
    - Record data, sort and summarize sales reports to the management. Weekly report on the progress of sales activities
    - Directly control/coordinate with customers regarding complaints or other matters
    - Follow up on after-sales service and check if any problems are found and report the results to the superv

    - Good command of English
    - Driving license
