  Target Company Sourcing:
  - Based on investment requests from investors, search, evaluate and contact target companies in
  order to find suitable targets with respect to strategic fit, financial performance, and growth
  potential.
  requirements
  - Proactively identify potential M&A opportunities through various channels, including market
  research, industry events, and networking.
  - Build and maintain relationships with business partners, including investment banks, advisory
  firms, and other intermediaries.
  - Work closely with business partners to source potential investors, negotiate terms, and facilitate
  deal execution.
  M&A Consulting:
  - Support in consulting M&A clients and gather all necessary data throughout the M&A process.
  - Support in creation of deliverables such as Non-name Company Presentation, Information
  Memorandum, and valuation.
