仕事内容

- Prepare and issue quotations for customers in accordance with technical specifications and company policies.- Communicate and coordinate with customers in the electronics industry.- Understand customers’ technical requirements and coordinate with the engineering or production departments to ensure their needs are met.- Provide customer support in case of issues related to production, delivery, or product quality, and follow up to ensure problems are resolved.- Coordinate with relevant departments such as production, logistics, accounting, and customer service to ensure on-time product delivery.- Communicate and coordinate with Chinese partners or management effectively in both spoken and written Chinese.- Prepare sales reports and monitor sales performance to achieve assigned targets.
