  * Marketing Management
  - Receive goals and planning the marketing work of the responsible Event and Exhibition business in order to achieve the specified goals and budget.
  - Supervise and inspect various aspects of project operations. Responsible for achieving the goals and plans set within the specified time and budget.
  - Take care of plans and solve problems, decide on improving or changing the plans under responsibility to achieve the goals
  - Have business development skills and looking for new business opportunities that are consistent with business goals as well as providing services to retail business customers experiential marketing ( Experiential Marketing) and develop technology that helps create content ( Content & Technology )
  - Take the lead in presenting and developing various proposals by managing needs including other resources to develop proposals together
  
  * Customer Relationship Management (Customer Management)
  - Ensure and build good relationships with customers (focus on international brands).
  - Study and create new customers to increase the company's business and sales to meet assigned targets.
  - Provide advice and participate in solving problems or obstacles in operations until the customer is satisfied within the budget and time specified
  - Can present various offers to customers at all levels (Small and large business groups) as well as being a leader in preparing information and a team for presenting work.
  
  * Project Management
  - Responsible for the team and taking care of the specified budget (GP) to ensure that operate according to the budget is as set. And can deliver quality work and earn good profit margins.
  - Procure projects or assign people under direct supervision to help procure projects to reach the target value assigned or agreed upon with senior management each year.
  - Agree with the customer within the cost budget, quality and specified time
  - Contact and coordinate with customers or other parties related to solve problems or shortcomings until the work or project reaches a successful outcome that is satisfactory to all parties involved.
  - Supervise team members to strictly comply with company policies and regulations.
  - Control and supervise all types of expenditure budgets of the department to be in accordance with plans or budgets approved for other operations as assigned by your direct supervisor or above.
  - Perform other tasks as assigned by your direct supervisor or above.
